carbon fiber kickstand
I am working on a carbon fiber/metal kickstand
that will be for the RC51. I am going to make it 1
inch longer as the OEM one is too short IMO. I
will be posting some finished pics, so stay tuned.
i weighed the stock stand today, it is 353 grams

I need a longer stand with a 190/60 on the rear,
I would be interested in the carbon one your
working on... But I set sag by pulling it up on
the side stand is carbon strong enough?

Adam, i am not sure if the carbon will do that
yet as i am still working on that. I will be able
to do a ti version as well i hope that will be
strong enough if the carbon will not. i hope to
have mine done this week as i am waiting on the
welders.

1" kickstand!
Hi with a 1 " higher kickstand the bike will
probably falldown by itself wen you get a flat
tyre and have not noticed it , when you put it
in the garage and the tyre gets flat all the way
it will , at least mine did with the stock
length ! yust to lett you know .
